A unique administrative customer service role reporting to upper management

You are the first point of customer contact, handling inbound calls with the objective of securing the job and scheduling the service. This role combines administrative, customer service, employee interaction with warm sales from inbound client leads. No self-sourcing, no cold calling, but you are a solutions provider for our established and new commercial and residential customers.

REQUIREMENTS

-Professional business etiquette
-Follow all guidelines according to the company handbook
-Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
-Highly organized and flexible
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

Duties and responsibilities: Duties assigned below are primary tasks to the Office Administrative Assistant role, but not limited to:

General Clerical Duties:

-Receiving and directing visitors
-Fielding telephone calls and forwarding as necessary
-Creating spreadsheets and presentation as assigned
-Copying, faxing, and filing of customer related documents
-Maintaining office space/front desk organization
-Internet research ability
-Word processing and Excel formatting

Operational Duties:

-Create work orders for existing and new customers as jobs are assigned within our accounting software
-Customer relations
-Be able to assist the Office Manager with every day tasks, and/or cover when needed

Skills Needed:
-Excellent oral/written communication skills
-Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
-Accounting Knowledge and/or program experience
-A/R and invoicing/billing experience
-Ability to adapt readily to new changes
-Web Saavy
